Hello, my name is LaRae, and I have proudly served as a Compliance Coordinator with a Head Start grantee for the past ten years. Throughout this time, I’ve developed extensive expertise in childcare licensing regulations and the Head Start Performance Standards. I understand both the critical training requirements placed on childcare providers and the very real challenges programs face in finding qualified training professionals. 

To help bridge this gap, I founded EC H.E.N.S. Consulting, LLC—a consulting firm dedicated to supporting early childhood programs through high-quality training and professional services, all delivered by one highly experienced, passionate professional.
